Review: Tailfin Sunglasses
If you’re someone like me who values quality over quantity, investing in a new pair of sunglasses can be a difficult task. Finding something that is comfortable, functional, lightweight, and stylish is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Lucky for you, we did the digging and found the Tailfin by Costa – a great pair of shades for the active outdoorsman.
The Tailfin is a modern classic, with a frame design that makes almost everyone who puts them on look good (some folks can’t be helped). But as we all know, sunglasses aren't just accessories, but also useful tools for recreation. Costa's signature 580 polarized lenses absorb 100% of UV light, giving me a crystal-clear field of vision with unmatched protection. The frame wraps comfortably around my head, eliminating glare and shielding my eyes from dust and dirt and the textured rubber on the nose and ear pads keeps the glasses secure even without a pair of Chums.
Whether I'm out there ripping lips, riding trails, or tackling some serious vert, the Tailfin has me covered. Available at costadelmar.com; $226.
