Review: Nathan Tempo Quarter Zip

Living in Montana and spending half my time outside, one thing I can never have enough of are base layers. The Women’s Tempo Quarter Zip long sleeve from Nathan is the latest and greatest addition to my guilty-pleasure collection.

The Tempo stands out from other base layers due to its stylish design and variety of color options. This attractive, form-fitting layer is flattering to a woman’s curves. Not only is it a performance layer, but something I wear on the go during chillier months.

This versatile long sleeve is an ideal mid-layer during winter months on the ski slopes, as well as a standalone base layer on cooler spring, summer, and fall evenings. The Women’s Tempo has a hidden zippered pocket on the inside sleeve that is big enough to safely and discreetly stash my credit cards or car key while out on the trail.

The soft, breathable, moisture-wicking fabric offers a combination of both performance and comfort. Reflective details on the back and arm increase visibility to traffic during evening runs or walks. The Nathan Tempo Quarter Zip is a great way to keep warm while active in the outdoors, or to stay cozy during those lazy winter afternoons around the house. This stylish layer is a great addition to any woman’s wardrobe.

Available online; $75.
