Join us, Outside Bozeman Magazine, and Daniel's Gourmet Meats for a wild-game meat-processing class. Austin Daniels will lead an introductory class on deer butchering and sausage-making. All tickets, for those of age, include two beers from SHINE Beer Sanctuary, to-go seasonings and casings, a raffle ticket, and the confidence that you could tackle this yourself, in your own kitchen or garage.
