Review: Seirus Heatwave Whiteout 3N1
At some point, the temps will drop, the snow will fly, and you'll be bombing the powder at Bridger or Big Sky. When that happens, you want the Seirus Whiteout 3N1 Glove with Heatwave liner. Because cold hands suck, and this glove doesn't. Warm, durable, and waterproof, with a removable liner and drawstring wrist cuff, the Whiteout 3N1 has everything you need for a variety of outings, hence the "3N1" moniker: cold days on the chairlift (liner+shell), warm afternoons in the skintrack (liner only), and wet spring conditions in either place (shell only). The leather palm offers a solid grip on both ski poles and summit beers, while elastic wrist straps offer security during more dexterous actions with your bare fingers (for even more peace of mind, I wrap one of the wrist straps around both gloves when not in use, so they never get separated). All in all, this is a great glove at a good price. $140; seirus.com.
