A slight misadventure in the outdoors often accompanies Hannah Kearse—the kind of experience that leaves you laughing through the exhaustion, mostly uninjured. If Hannah can’t spend all her days roaming mountains and streams, she prefers to write about her outdoor desires. A low-country wildling at birth, Hannah paddled through rip currents and tripped on cypress knees before finding the mountains. Her pursuit of journalism has coincided with her pursuit of higher ground.
