Canyon Ferry Lake

Canyon Ferry and reservoir are located in Montana downstream from where the Gallatin, Madison, and Jefferson Rivers join to form the Missouri River. This large body of water offers excellent views of the Big Belt Range as well as recreational opportunities. For boaters, there are several marinas, docks, and boat launches. Anglers will enjoy reeling in walleye, brown trout, and perch. Canyon Ferry is great fun for the locals and those planning a vacation, and there are several nearby campgrounds for sleeping under the stars.
