Review: Surge Sneaker

The Surge sneaker from Kuru takes me back to middle school with its retro style and wide, chunky design. But these days, I appreciate the shock-absorbing layers that cushion my step when I'm walking the dogs or running errands. The custom arch support and heel-hugging "KURUSOLE" have me finding excuses to throw these sneakers on as much as possible, especially after a long hike or day on my feet. And the neutral color means these shoes go with just about anything. Best of all, the width gives my feet room for spreading out while still providing essential arch support and overall stability. If you're looking for an everyday shoe that can handle workouts, walks, errands, and even some light trails—these sneakers are hard to beat.
