Review: Ibex Tranquil Joggers
The Tranquil Jogger from Ibex is the most comfortable and versatile pair of sweatpants I’ve ever worn. Combining the wicking performance of Ibex’s legendary merino wool with organic cotton, the Tranquil is perhaps the coziest blend of natural fibers out there. Weighing in at an ideal medium weight with snug waist and leg trim, these pants flex seamlessly while staying put and not shifting around during activity. Great as a base-layer, mid-layer, activewear, or lazy-wear, the Tranquil is a go-to for everyday use and will perform in both cold and hot conditions, making them useful for all four seasons in Montana. Besides thermo-regulation, moisture wicking, and breathability, the list of features goes on: wrinkle-resistant, minimal care, SPF-resistant, odor control, renewable/sustainable, and antibacterial. Leaving nothing to be desired from a so-called mid-layer, Ibex has done it again with a supremely well-made pant with unmatched comfort and durability.
