Begin summer training with The Dirt Concern's circuit workout; a 40-minute session designed to improve strength, mobility, and endurance for mountain biking. Learn about the most common mountain bike injuries, key prevention strategies, and how to maintain strength and mobility throughout the season with Alyssa Deane, DPT, PT. Also included is a Raffle and Q&A offering fun prizes to support training and recovery.
All proceeds support the Trail Project at Bridger Bowl and Crosscut.
