Gear Repair Workshop (SOLD OUT)

Have a hole in your favorite fleece? Need to repair a tear in a puffy or tent?

Join us, local seamstress Colleen Tretter (the Green Darner), and Bozeman Parks & Recreation on Thursday, February 22 for our gear-repair workshop. Beall Recreation Center, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The workshop will cover basic, professional-grade hand repairs. Colleen will go over textile choices for repairs, thread and needle choice, and different types of hand stitches. Tickets include a basic repair kit, so feel free to bring items with a tear or hole to follow along on the repair process (*repairs will be visible, but strong). This event will cover hand repairs only. Broken zippers require a machine, so this will not be covered. Next time!
