We're here to help. Join us at Daniels Gourmet Meats for a wild-game meat-processing class. Austin Daniels will lead an introductory class on deer butchering and sausage-making. All tickets, for those of age, include two beers from SHINE Beer Sanctuary, to-go seasonings and casings, and the confidence that you could tackle this yourself, in your own kitchen or garage. A few lucky guests will leave with raffle prizes from Stone Glacier and Mystery Ranch.
