Review: Mount to Coast T1 Shoes

I’m not an elite trail runner, but I'm preparing for a rim-to-rim hike and like to hit the trails often. As I searched for solid, reliable footwear, the new T1 Mount to Coast far exceeded my expectations.

My small, narrow feet make it difficult to get a snug fit, but the dual cinch system on these shoes is a game-changer. I can dial in the fit exactly how I need it, and for once, my heel doesn’t slip. That alone makes them a winner in my book. The toe box isn’t as wide as some other trail shoes out there, but it’s still roomy enough to stay comfortable on long treks. They're incredibly lightweight and breathable, which helps a lot during hot, exposed stretches. And the grip? Fantastic. Whether I’m tackling rocky terrain or crossing a stream, the tread gives me confidence to move without hesitation.

Overall, they're a comfortable, well-designed shoe that I consistently look forward to adventuring in, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable trail shoe for hiking, training, or just exploring the outdoors.
