Review: Mount to Coast T1 Shoes

I’m not an elite trail runner, but I like to hit the trails often and am also preparing for a rim-to-rim hike. Knowing my needs, I was looking for solid, reliable footwear. The new T1 Mount to Coast has exceeded my expectations.

I have small, narrow feet and usually struggle to get a snug fit, but the dual cinch system on these shoes is a game changer. I can dial in the fit exactly how I need it, and for once, my heel doesn’t slip! That alone makes them a winner in my book. The toe box isn’t as wide as some other trail shoes out there, but it’s still roomy enough to stay comfortable on long treks. They're incredibly lightweight and breathable, which helps a lot during hot, exposed stretches. And the grip? Fantastic. Whether I’m tackling rocky terrain or crossing a stream, the tread gives me the confidence to move without hesitation.

Overall, it's a comfortable, well-designed shoe that I consistently look forward to adventuring in, and one that I highly recommend it for anyone looking for reliable trail shoe for hiking, training, or just exploring the outdoors.
