Review: Nathan Sunrise
Nathan now makes sunglasses, and they are awesome. Designed for people on the go, the Sunrise sunglasses with tortoise-shell frames are super comfy with outstanding clarity and style at an affordable price. Nathan’s sunglasses are built with injection-molded, non-fogging polycarbonate lenses, meaning the polarization is embedded in the lens instead of an easy-to-scratch coating. The thermoplastic TR90 frames are lightweight and durable due to their impact and heat resistance. They also come equipped with thermoplastic elastomer inserts on the nose and temple to make sure the sunglasses stay put during all kinds of jostling. I found that these inserts not only keep the glasses in place during activity, but coupled with the straight-arm design, they sit comfortably on my ears instead of squeezing them. The Nathan Sunrise sunglasses surely check all the boxes: crystal clear, comfortable, grippy, lightweight, durable, and stylish.
