Review: Costa Sunglasses
I’ve been wearing Costa sunglasses since the 1980s when I first discovered them at a surfing competition at Daytona Beach. I wore them constantly fishing for tarpon, redfish, and snook. Forty years later, I live in Montana, and fish the Yellowstone and the Boulder. I still am wearing Costa glasses; recently I tried the Maya model with tortoise shell frames and green high-contrast lenses. The polarized 580 glass lenses are tack sharp, and drastically reduce glare on the water. When fishing spring creeks, I can now see fish laying up along shore waiting to feed. The Maya frames have a distinctive cat-eye style and feminine design. I may not catch a bigger trout, but I’ll look good trying!
