Beer-Battered Fish Fillets

Sprinkle fish, whole or cut into strips, with lemon juice. Roll in flour seasoned with salt & black pepper. Prepare batter by combining 3/4 cup flour seasoned with 1/4 teaspoon salt & dash of black pepper. Pour in some beer & mix. Dip fillets in batter & fry with oil in skillet for about two minutes or until golden brown & fish out flakes with fork or ice auger! Drain on paper towel. Serve with an ice cold one.
