Jason Thompson

Early on, photography taught Jason Thompson the importance of being an empath. He uses empathy to connect with the humans he photographs, which helps his audience get a deeper understanding of the subjects’ experience. In addition to commercial and editorial media production, Jason is a user experience designer in the technology space. He has documented projects ranging from alpine climbing in the Himalayas, to organic regenerative agriculture, and healthy soil systems at home in Montana. He lives with his wife, Anne Gilbert Chase, and Nilkantha, their ferocious kitty.
