Review: Otterbox 3250
OtterBox is back! That’s right, the original river-runner’s mini storage box, which kept cameras and other sensitive items safe and dry, has finally ended its hiatus. The 3250 may not be bright yellow like its predecessors, but it’s every bit as burly—the super-strong polycarbonate can take a beating—and the watertight seal does the job in the soggiest of conditions. A foam interior protects sensitive items, and slots on either end allow you to lash it tight to a seat, tube, or thwart. Sized just right for a smartphone, keys, and wallet, the 3250 is everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Combine this sucker with a cam strap and you’ve got a new must-have for tubing trips down the Madison. $36; otterbox.com.
