Don't Fence Me In Trail Run

Kick off the trail-running season on Helena's legendary South Hills trail system. This race began 25 years ago as a grassroots effort to showcase the work of Prickly Pear Land Trust, but has since become a cherished Helena tradition and an enduring symbol of community and conservation. All funds raised support parks, trails, and open space in west-central Montana.

No matter what event you undertake, you'll join a community celebration of open space, wildlands, and trail running. After your race, gather in Pioneer Park for a big old party with food, beer, music & dancing (if your legs will allow it), balloon art, and yard games.
