Camp Cooking Class

Join the Outside Bozeman crew for a Camp Cooking Workshop from 5:30-8:30 pm on Thursday, August 15. There are two segments: heavyweight cooking (car camping / river trips), and lightweight cooking (backpacking). We'll review different types of stoves and cookware, basic ingredients that can be combined in an array of different recipes, food quantities for trips, dehydrating foods at home, and a dutch-oven tutorial. 

Ticket includes instruction, entry into a raffle for prizes, goodie bag, beverages (beer for those 21+), and snacks.
