For Sale: Sleeper Van
May I present to you Vahn Creeper, my humble abode for the last 4 years. I am moving to Alaska and am ready to move on from vanlife. This van has treated me exceptionally well. I have taken it across the lower 48.
The Good: It has a new battery, which I was able to start in the morning for work when it was -30 in Big Sky. There is a chest fridge as a center console, diesel heater for those cold winter nights, three 200-watt solar panels, and new all-season tires that went on last winter. It has 87k miles on it.
The Bad: The tranny needs to be resealed, and the quote from a mechanic is $900-$1250. The bushings on one of the sway bars need to be replaced to stop the van from swaying when driven. I’ve never considered that a problem when I have driven it. The windshield is cracked and there is some rust.
