Review: Kenetrek Corrie II Boot
For a lightweight hiker that can do it all, from quick jaunts on snow-covered trails to mountain-climbing in the warmer months, the Corrie II from Kenetrek fits the bill. I needed a new boot for fall hunting, and the Corrie kicked butt, breaking in quickly and offering excellent traction on steeps and sidehills. Come winter, the seven-inch height kept modest snow at bay, while the aggressive tread offered security on snow & ice. Waterproof and supportive, this boot is my new all-season choice.
Available at kenetrek.com or at the Kenetrek Showroom in Four Corners; $325.
