Review: Inreach Mini
Garmin calls its Inreach Mini “pocket-sized peace of mind.” It is certainly true that carrying this device on adventures gives me a sense of security. It also boasts many user-friendly features. Though I don’t plan to use the SOS call anytime soon, the two-way messaging capability has proven useful to let friends know that I’ll be a little late. I can also get a weather forecast without needing cell service. The best part? It fits right in my pocket, or in an already jam-packed bike-pack.
Available at Uphill Pursuits and the Round House; $350.
