Music on Main

Thursday's • 6:30 to 8:30 PM • July 2 - August 6
Downtown Bozeman

Now in its 26th year, Music on Main takes over downtown Bozeman every It's free, it's open to everyone, and it's about as Bozeman as it gets — live bands, food vendors, kids activities, and Main Street closed off to cars for a few good hours each week.

Big Sky County Fair

July 15–19
Gallatin County Fairgrounds

Five days of fair food, carnival rides, livestock, and live entertainment, including nationally recognized acts on the main stage in the evenings, with this year's headlining act being Stone Temple Pilots. A true summer staple that brings the whole community together under one roof.

Sweet Pea

August 7–9
Lindley Park

Founded in 1978 and held each August in historic Lindley Park, Sweet Pea is a three-day celebration of live music, dance, theatre, visual arts, children's activities, and local food. The 2026 festival runs August 7–9 and features a lineup that includes Digable Planets, The Strumbellas, John Craigie, The Nude Party, and more. One of Bozeman's most beloved summer traditions, and one worth planning your calendar around.
