Len Hill Park
Now nearly two decades in, Music in the Mountains has established itself as Montana's finest free outdoor concert series, all against a mountain backdrop that is tough to compete with. Bring a blanket, grab something from the food vendors, and settle in. It's free, it's family friendly, and it runs rain or shine.
Music in the Park — West Yellowstone
Running strong since 2006, Music in the Park brings four free summer concerts to Pioneer Park in the heart of West Yellowstone. Presented by Black Mountain Productions, the series kicks off on the 4th of July and runs through mid-August, featuring a mix of local, regional, and headlining acts spanning funk, bluegrass, country, and everything in between. Bring a blanket, grab takeout from one of the nearby restaurants, and settle in. With Yellowstone National Park right at your doorstep, it's hard to imagine a better backdrop for a free show.
Notable Nearby Activities:
Since you're tucked away right in the mountains, it's easy to get to some nearby outdoor recreation options. Here's what we'd do:
Bike Mountains to Meadows, hike Ousel Falls, fish or paddle the Gallatin.
