Our Story
Welcome To The Continental Divide
People love the Madison River Valley – its pristine rivers, majestic mountains and picturesque lakes inspire both locals and travelers. In celebration of the pride and excellence the community offers in services, the owners of The Continental Divide welcome all to an excellent fine dining experience focused on locally-sourced ingredients and meats of the highest quality, in league with the beautiful mountains that divide our great continent.
Elk
Elk Loin Chops
For your wild side, Twin Elk Chops, grilled to perfection and served with wild mushroom risotto and topped with a Montana huckleberry glaze. Pairs well with Luca “Old Vine” Zinfandel.
Scallops
Cumin Scented Scallops
Jumbo diver scallops – flown in weekly. Served with jalapeno-cheddar soft polenta, chipotle aioli and cilantro oil. Pairs well with Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc.
Dessert
And then there’s dessert
Save some room for one of our signature desserts. Whether you choose our Biscuit Pudding with Whisky Cream or the infamous Toffee Sticky Pudding Cake, you’re sure to satisfy your sweet tooth… Pairs well with Chateau Laribotte Sauterne.
