As a first time home buyer, I called *many* (13 inspectors in the Gallatin Valley) inspectors with a list of questions about experience, pricing, etc.

What set Graham apart from every other inspector was not only his fair pricing (middle ground for the valley), but at the end of my interview he asked, "Would you like me to review what the house inspection consist of?" And, immediately I knew I didn't need to ask anything further. Not a single inspector otherwise had asked me that. They simply told me pricing and tried to get me on their schedule.

Graham is awesome! I knew right away he was the man for the job when I first reached out and he needed to call me back because he was on a roof doing an inspection. I told him at least I knew he actually gets up there to look. He called me right back and even fit me into his schedule the next day. That was during a holiday and hunting season by the way. He was very thorough with the inspection, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient with any questions that we had. Afterwards, we felt very confident that he had meticulously looked over everything and given us an honest inspection of the home. We even appreciated the software used for the report. It was a pleasure to work with Mike for the inspection of a condo we bought in Bozeman for our boys to stay while at MSU.  He was very responsive with a perfect flow of updates and just really professional overall.
