Details:

The Montana Raptor Conservation Center invites you to our first ever Summer Education Series! Join us in our beautiful new outdoor amphitheater to learn about raptors in an hour-long, biology-based education programs. Meet some of the incredible raptors that live above us—their habits their amazing adaptations, and their role in Montana’s ecosystems.

This event is free to the public, thanks to the incredible generosity of Micheal & Andrea Manship.

Every Sunday 3-4pm over the summer (except July 2nd)

We will address a different topic each time, so come every weekend to learn something new!

2017 Summer Education Series dates and topics:
June 18th – MT Raptors 
June 25th – MT Raptors 
No talk Sunday July 2nd (4th of July weekend)
July 9th – Conservation 
July 16th – Hawks 
July 23rd – Falcons 
July 30th – Ecosystem talks: Forest
August 6th – Ecosystem talks: Prairie 
August 13th – MRCC Open House 
August 20th – Owls
August 27th – Migration

The weekly talks begin promptly at 3pm, so please give yourself plenty of time to travel, guests are encouraged to carpool. This is an outdoor amphitheater so please come prepared for Montana weather; natural seating is on boulders guests are encouraged to bring blankets to sit on. Parking is along a dirt road so please wear appropriate footwear. The restrooms on site are portable bathrooms.
