Review: FlyLow Trailworks Jacket

Finally, a raincoat that's not too light, not too heavy, not too loud & krinkly, and that fits well, allowing full freedom of movement—that's what I found with the FlyLow Trailworks Jacket, as I wore it hiking, shed hunting, and gravel biking in drizzly spring weather. What's more, it breathes well, thanks to the RainIQ fabric and pit-zips, and it packs down small after the squalls have passed. It'll be great to stash in my pack this summer, when mountain-biking and floating, to ward off those pesky late-afternoon thundershowers. And if you're an environmentally responsible type, find even more warmth and comfort in this: the Trailworks is made from recycled materials. $200; flylow.com.
